A deal is the Markets Game bread and butter – you play by ‘Opening’ and ‘Closing’ a deal. Open an ‘Up’ deal if you think the price of the instrument will move up – if you think it will drop, open a ‘Down’ deal. Yep, it’s really that simple.
No you don’t have to pay anything! The game is completely, absolutely free. The money you see is virtual, so don’t worry and play away. When you are ready to trade for real, we have a list of handpicked brokers that met our strict requirements for transparency, affordable pricing and customer ratings.
This is simply the difference between the sum of your profitable deals, minus the sum of your not-so-profitable deals.
Yes, keep in mind that most currency & commodity markets are closed – but Bitcoin is always moving… and more importantly available.
The deals stay open for the duration of the deal time – which is 60 minutes.
Click on the ‘Hamburger menu’ in the upper left corner of the app. You will see ‘My Achievements’ as an option in that list. Tap it to see the majesty of your trading skills.
Your Balance is the amount of funds you have available for opening new deals. You start you have 500$ in your Balance. You can add funds to your balance by sharing and inviting friends to play the game.
NOTE: Free balance is not the same as total Profit/Loss (see above).
The chart displays the movement in the instrument you chose in the last 60 minutes.
This is price you are willing to pay for your deal The more you pay the bigger the deal will be and the higher the profit can be. Do you want to be careful and make a mini $10 dollar deal or shoot for the stars and go for a $500 deal (once you’ve unlocked it! Keep playing!)
This is the amount of the deal that you opened. The bigger the amount the bigger your potential profit can be. But also the cost of the deal is higher. For example* a 10$ risk amount allows you to trade less than 1 Bitcoin, but with 1,000$ as risk amount can trade almost 35 Bitcoins. The bigger the amount you risk the bigger your potential profit can be.
* The amounts in this example can change due to market vakue of Bitcoin and due to market conditions,
The main point of the game is to get the largest Profit/Loss. You can see your ranking compared to other players on the Leaderboard, which is located in the ‘hamburger menu’. You should receive a pop-up after the app closes, click ‘Report’. If you are using a newer device you might not have this option, as its automated. When the app crashes leave your WiFi on at least 30 mins and send us an email to support@marketsgame.com. It helps us make the app awesome!
